Gong Fu Cha is about making tea right—using small pots, multiple brews, and getting the most flavor out of every leaf.
This class will cover the basics: the best teaware to use, how to brew different types of tea, and why seasonality matters when choosing tea.
We’ll also dive into the chemistry behind tea—how factors like water temperature, brewing time, and oxidation affect taste. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you a solid foundation in the art of Gong Fu tea.
